Philippines: Huge Fire Erupts On Grounded Ship In Cebu 2
A ship that ran aground in Lapu-Lapu City In Cebu due to Typhoon Rai (local name Typhoon Odette) on December 2021 caught fire on Friday afternoon, April 28.
The fire occurred on MV Diamond Highway while it was being dismantled in a salvage operation. The massive plume of black smoke that billowed from the site of the fire in Punta Engaño was visible for miles.
