Demonstrators gathered at NYC MTA's Broadway-Lafayette Street station on Wednesday, May 3, to protest over the death of a subway rider.

Jordan Neely, a 30-year-old Black man who regularly danced in the Times Square transit hub, was killed on Monday by a white man who choked him on an F train.

Protests erupted after the NYPD didn't charge the man who had placed him in a chokehold.
