Moment hot air balloon EXPLODES after hitting power lines (long version)
Dramatic footage of a hot air balloon crashing on phone lines in 2012 in Janesville, Wisconsin.
The video shows the balloon lowering towards power lines as the operator tries to land before it gets wrapped around them.
According to local reports, the crash caused a short that popped the balloon and resulted in a partial power outage in the city.
No serious injuries were reported.
