A motorcyclist was crushed by a fallen tree on Jalan MH Thamrin in front of the National Footwear sandal shop, Ranah Parak Rumbio Village, South Padang District, Padang City, West Sumatra (West Sumatra), Monday (8/5/2023).

This was because the victim was hit by a large tree along with his motorbike.

The victim was seen motionless and there was blood all around his motorcycle vehicle.

Furthermore, at the scene of the incident, police and military officers were seen, as well as the local community at the scene.

"The incident occurred when the victim was riding his motorbike in strong winds," said Erik, a resident.

He explained that there was a loud sound when a tree fell, because the tree was quite large.

"The victim was crushed right in the middle of a tree which was quite large in size. The online motorcycle taxi victim could be seen from his clothes," said Erik.
