In 2010, Carlos Whittaker took his young daughters, Sohaila and Seanna, to their very first Taylor Swift concert in Nashville, Tennessee, when they were just 6 and 8 years old.

Thirteen years later on May 7, the trio reunited at Taylor's Eras Tour show, despite facing a rain delay. To pass the time, they decided to recreate a video that Carlos had taken of the two of them - now 19 and 21 - at the 2010 concert. Carlos couldn't be happier being a proud "SwiftDad."

Swift, 33, ended up playing a three-hour-plus set on the night, playing in pouring rain at Nashville's Nissan Stadium as part of her North American stadium tour. The show reportedly wrapped up at around 1.30am.

A proud Carlos told Newsflare: "I took my daughters Sohaila and Seanna to their first Taylor swift show in 2010. They were 6 and 8 years old. Then on Sunday night, as they are 19 and 21, we went to Taylor’s Eras Tour show together. It was rain delayed and so we decided to remake a video I shot in 2010. I love being a SwiftDad."

In both videos Sohaila and Seanna are singing "Speak now," the title track from Taylor's third studio album, which came out in 2010.

One online commenter said: "This hit me right in my never grow up feels."

"I am bawling. So sweet," said another.

Another said: "Took my 8 year old last night and now I'm sobbing. So cute."

The heartwarming video got more than 2 million views in just one day.

Swift’s tour kicked off in Glendale, California on March 17, 2023. It's the first time Tay has hit the stage since the coronavirus pandemic.
