Abnormally Giant Snapper Turtle Spotted On Shore Of Chicago River

This Chicago river snapper beast was spotted chilling on the remnants of an anchor chain on May 11, approximately five times the size of a normal snapper turtle.
The person behind the camera, Joey Santore, commented that it was nice to see that what was once a toxin infested river had now given way to wildlife.
He aptly named the turtle Chonkosaraus.
