A grizzly bear named ‘Split Lip 136' was seen feeding on grass as rain poured in the Banff National Park.

Footage shows the massive 227kg creature - famous for his facial scar and once chasing dozens of tourists on the trail - enjoying the fresh green snack in gloomy weather in Alberta, Canada on May 10.

Because of its distinct feature and notorious encounters with hikers, Split Lip attracted nature enthusiasts visiting the area to catch a quick glimpse of its life like a celebrity.
