According to locals, water suddenly came from under the concrete floor and caused the flower bricks to crack. Water spilled all over the house causing people to move furniture. They were quite surprised because water suddenly appeared and caused the floor to crack.
The man then used a hose to move the water into the drain in the house. They said the heavy rain could cause water to spill into the floor and cause the tiles to crack
