International experts have said the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) has become an important gathering for win-win cooperation.

Mehmood Ul Hassan Khan, executive director of the Islamabad-based Centre of South Asia and International Studies, hailed China's promotion to establish an SCO development bank, saying the move will benefit all SCO members.

"The proposal for permission of the SCO (development) bank is very important. The 23rd meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) was held on Tuesday.
