Many cutting-edge technologies have empowered the Universiade Village in Chengdu, the capital of southwest China's Sichuan Province.

The intelligent translation and interpretation system at the service center adopts advanced artificial intelligence technologies including voice recognition and speech synthesis, enabling real-time online communication.

"If the staff members are not on-site, anyone can call the service center for help and the center will transcribe and translate their problems. At the same time, we distribute these problems to relevant departments for handling timely.
