Japan: Scaffolding Collapses At Construction Site After Thundery Rain In Tokyo 2
A scaffolding collapsed at a construction site near Nakano Station in Tokyo Tuesday afternoon, August 1.
The damage appears to be caused by heavy rain and winds, as the capital city saw isolated downpours with flashes of lightning around noon. No injuries have been reported.
