A fed-up motorist tossed cones blocking a road out of the way on a highway in Montreal.

The amusing footage was captured on August 1 ahead of a two-week construction holiday, meaning no workers were onsite.

The furious driver is seen tossing the cones onto the pavement, making room for other motorists.

The filmer said: "Traffic was piling up in two lanes on a busy boulevard west of Montreal. The cones were setup a week prior to the two-week construction holiday. No work was being done during these weeks, so a motorist took out his frustration by throwing the cones into the grass."
