The calorie-laden 40cm high dish was being served up this week at a Thai pizza joint in the capital Bangkok.
Footage shows how the deep-fried onion rings are dusted with cheesy powder before molten cheese is poured over the top.
Asian franchise The Pizza Company is serving its limited edition 'Onion Mountain' until the end of November. It costs 169 Baht (4.66 USD) and extra cheese is available.
Food lover Thanaporn, seen in the video, said the meal was 'delicious' but she struggled to finish the whole tower.
'Eating a few of the onion rings was perfect but I needed help to finish the whole thing,' she said.
