A “muscle mommy” has left social media users stunned with her incredible physique and says it leaves men with their mouths gaping open in the street.

Julia Rene is a bodybuilder and content creator who competes in contests across the US.

She also has droves of fans online, where she shares details from her life, (@_Juliarene ), including a recent clip about how men react to her fit body, which has been viewed 834,000 times.

Julia reveals the hilarious faces men pull when they spot her walking down the road, with constant stares at her bulging muscles.

“In public, typically people stare, do a double take or whisper to their friends,” Julia, from Austin, Texas, told NeedToKnow.co.uk

“Sometimes it can be hard because you never know what they’re really thinking but I’ve learned to take it as a compliment.”

Julia, who has been a bodybuilder for a few years, works out five days a week – three of those days focus on the lower body and the other two she works on her upper body.

In a recent video shared to social media, the “muscle mommy” shares what it's like trying to walk past men in public.

“My favourite thing about being a professional bodybuilder is passing a group of guys,” she says in the clip.

“When you have a load of muscle, they’re always like… [does shocked facial expression].

“And you know when I’m walking by them I’m always like, [shows off muscles].”

“It’s my favourite.”

The post has over 140,000 likes as well as thousands of comments from amazed users.
