"The athletes' names are the most difficult part of my job because every country has its own accent, and we need to imitate their accent to show our respect to them."

SOUNDBITE 3 (English): AMARTUVSHIN GANZORIG, Mongolian volunteer
"Every worker here, the teachers and volunteers, we work without any payment. It's our passion."

SOUNDBITE 4 (English): ZHANG MENGTIAN, Volunteer from Faculty of Foreign Languages, Ningbo University
"The organizing committee of the Hangzhou Asian Games has done very detailed preparation work, paying attention to the delegations' religions and dietary practices. Transportation and travel routes are also well-planned. We volunteers have been trained on all this in advance, trying to make foreign athletes, technical officials, and coaches feel at home here."

SOUNDBITE 5 (Chinese): WANG WEI, Member of accommodation service team at Asian Games Village
"The Asian Games brought together a group of energetic young people to contribute their part to the event. Everyone is full of passion."
