STORYLINE:
Turkish authorities have detained 92 suspected members of Islamic State (IS) on Friday in wide-scale operations across the country, a cabinet minister said.
Anti-terror teams launched simultaneous raids across 26 provinces, Minister Ali Yerlikaya said on social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter.
Türkiye declared IS a terror group in 2013 following a string of deadly bombing attacks from the group in the country, killing and injuring scores of people.
