A rally car driver had some extraordinary luck when they lost control during a rally in Belgium, and span neatly into a driveway!

The incident caused much amusement amongst laughing spectators nearby.

The driver, De Waele, and co-driver Vandekerckhove, were able to quickly carry on with their race at the Hemicuda Rally.

Another driver, Bennister, and co-driver De Deyne, were not so lucky.

When they lost control at the same spot they almost ended up in a small canal beside the road.

Spectators helped them out and they soon continued on their way too.

Sometimes you are lucky, and sometimes you are very lucky. Rally car goes around, avoids the canal, turns around a pole and ends up on the driveway.
