A doctor in Hanoi filmed as they removed a large butterfly from a patient's ear canal.

According to the medical professional, a man came into the clinic and said something was crawling in and attacking his ear canal causing him a lot of pain.

After using endoscopic equipment, the doctor discovered a large butterfly that was still alive. They quickly used forceps to pull the insect out of the man's ear.

The doctor said the butterfly slightly damaged the man's ear canal.
