Participants in a protest to denounce last night's bombing of a Gaza hospital today engaged in clashes with security forces deployed in the vicinity of the United States Embassy in Lebanon, where the protesters were trying to reach.

The attendees managed to break a fence placed to prevent them from approaching the diplomatic mission and tried to jump over the barbed wire set up by the security forces, at whom they threw stones, firecrackers and burning handkerchiefs, reported the National News Agency (ANN), from Lebanon.
