The footage revealed a pool filled with debris and murky water, alongside a building with extensive structural harm. Guardrails were torn off in various sections, and debris littered the corridors. Hurricane Otis, which had already claimed at least 27 lives, also left a trail of devastation, shattering windows, uprooting trees, and severely disrupting communication and transportation links in the region.
