Amid the deafening noise of war, a deaf couple in silence explain what they are experiencing as a family seeking refuge in Gaza's Al-Quds Hospital after their home was destroyed.

Using sign language, they share the hardships they and their children face amidst shelling near the hospital and shortages of water, food, and other necessities.

The hospital is in Gaza City in the north of the Gaza Strip, from which Israel has warned people to leave, promising relative safety in the south despite bombing raids there too.
