"Al-Shifa Hospital has become a big prison and a mass grave, said its director as they lost all patients in intensive care units. The Israeli soldiers continue their raid of the medical compound for the third day (Nov. 17), while about 7,000 patients and displaced Palestinians are still trapped inside.
Israeli media reports said the cabinet will allow two trucks of fuel to be entered into southern Gaza daily, to prevent the spread of epidemics, and minimally support water, sewage and sanitation systems."

STANDUP 2 (English): ZHANG TIANLANG, Xinhua correspondent in Jerusalem
"Israeli National Security Advisor Hanegbi held a press conference on Friday, announcing that Israel would break its previous commitment to refuse to deliver fuel into Gaza and would allow two trucks of fuel to be delivered to Gaza every day to maintain the normal operation of the sewage treatment system in the Gaza Strip.
This decision triggered opposition among some right-wing forces in the Israeli cabinet.
Also on Friday, rockets and missiles continued to attack Israel from different directions."

STANDUP 3 (English): YAO BING, Xinhua correspondent in Cairo
"Six trucks carrying 150,000 liters of diesel crossed on Friday the Egyptian side of the Rafah crossing, the sole point connecting the Gaza Strip with Egypt's North Sinai province.
This is the second time that fuel trucks crossed into Gaza since the outbreak of the Hamas-Israel conflict on Oct. 7.
Meanwhile, some aid agencies said they were forced to stop deliveries of food and other basic necessities to Gaza on Friday and warned of the possibility of widespread starvation after internet and telephone services collapsed in the besieged enclave because of a lack of fuel."
