The CGT, the two CTA, the Piquetera Unit, the Workers' Union of the Popular Economy (UTEP) and left-wing parties, among other social and union organizations, gathered in Lavalle Square, in front the Courts, in rejection of the decree of necessity and urgency 70/2023 that deregulates the economy and repeals multiple laws, some of them labor, to accompany a judicial presentation against that measure, which was rejected because the DNU did not yet enter into force. The mobilization took place amid a strong security operation under the Protocol established by the Minister of Security, Patricia Bullrich.
