Timelapse video of Roz from Monster’s Inc. using mashed potatoes and other ingredients
I made this video of Roz from Monster’s Inc. using mashed potatoes that I dyed green using natural green food coloring (cilantro oil), dried anchovies, tomato paste, eggplant, red pepper and turnip. After I cook the potatoes, I put them through a sieve to get them very smooth, color them with the cilantro oil, and then layer on the other ingredients.
