Girl tries to close glass door but it comes loose and smashes on ground
A little girl tried to close a glass door only for it to come loose and smash on the ground.
CCTV footage recorded at a shop in the city of Tongling, in Anhui Province, China, shows the little girl pulling the glass door towards her in an attempt to close it on Tuesday, December 26.
But then half of the door pane detached from the frame and ended up falling on top of the girl, before miraculously ending up on the floor and crashing into pieces, without injuring the child.
The girl can be seen falling on top of the shattered glass seconds after the incident, while still holding the handle.
The shocked store owner ran to the girl to help her. Chinese media later revealed that the girl was unharmed.
In a similar incident from last month, a shopper broke a sliding door into pieces by closing it at a store in the city of Changchun, the capital of north-east China's Jilin province, on Wednesday, December 20.
He later paid CNY 800 (GBP 88) in compensation to the store's owner.
