This is how I seen it . The other man who pulled over stayed on phone with 911. What an eeeeery feeling as I waded around truck with cab completely submerged , all lights on - Prying , pulling , banging and yelling for a response , which seemed like 10 mins to establish muffled communication ... this guy is very lucky ... hats off to the emergency crews that deal with this regularly = not always with good endings ... once fire fighters arrived we were able to pry door enough to get the "Jaws" in and recover 1 man & 1 dog .. cold - wet - shocked - but grateful to be alive ..... ~ Don't ever just carry on by or turn your back on a stranger in dire need = 1 day it could be you that is in need ⚓ ... take care people of this earth .. ( PG - few foul words )
