Queensland Police have taken swift action, charging two men with multiple drug-related offenses following a search of a Macgregor residence that exposed illicit activities earlier this week. On January 15, officers from the Riverside Tactical Crime Squad and Upper Mount Gravatt Tactical Crime Squad executed an emergent search at the Kessels Road address.

The search yielded a significant discovery, uncovering 12.5 kilograms of cannabis and various cannabis-infused products, including brownies, edible gummies, cookies, and butter, with an estimated total value of $95,000. A 31-year-old Sunnybank man faces a slew of charges, including supplying a dangerous drug, possessing dangerous drugs, obstructing a police officer, and more. He is remanded in custody and is scheduled to reappear at Brisbane Magistrates Court on February 5.

Meanwhile, a 32-year-old Sunnybank man was arrested and charged with offenses such as trafficking dangerous drugs and producing dangerous drugs. He is set to appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on February 2.
