A strong storm system moved across Southern California on Monday, January 22, bringing heavy rains and cold temperatures to the region.
Unusually torrential rain caused flash flooding in the San Diego area, shutting down highways, washing away vehicles, and wreaking havoc.
The first video shows the flooding situation, and the second video shows a trash bin washed away by floodwaters in Lemon Grove.
