This footage was filmed and produced 19 January 2024.

In the first two weeks of January, the Israeli army’s refusal to allow humanitarian aid and missions into northern Gaza, where the humanitarian collapse is worsening, was reported by the United Nations.

"The first two weeks of January have seen a dramatic increase in the rate of denial of access by the Israeli army to areas of northern Wadi Gaza," where Gaza city and its northernmost area encompassing localities such as Jabalia are located, Beit Hanoun or Beit Lahia, largely devastated.

According to the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in Palestinian territory, only seven of the 29 missions planned in the north "were carried out in full or in part, representing only 24% of initial planning.
