Gymnastic coach's daring 'Double Back-Hip-Circle' attempt opens the door to embarrassment
Rib-tickling footage has surfaced of a woman, named Courtney, going for a double back-hip-circle, only for it to backfire on her!
"I successfully completed a 'double back-hip-circle' on my daughter's little bar we bought for her," Courtney told WooGlobe. "I decided to take a video to show my athletes (I’m a gymnastics coach) what I had accomplished, and the epic fail was caught on camera!"
She went on to reveal that the 'epic fail' in question left her with some bruises, but she was able to muscle through the pain and didn't have to take any time off from work.
