Traffic surges on the Jiuquan section of the Lianyungang-Khorgos Expressway (G30) in Jiuquan city, Gansu province, China, Feb 16, 2024. In particular, the number of vehicles going to Xinjiang increased significantly, and some sections of the road were congested and slow. The Jiuquan service area of the Lianyungang - Khorgos Expressway was filled with cars resting, and gas stations in the service area also formed long lines. Many expressways and high-speed railways in China have ushered in the Spring Festival return rush.
