On February 27, UDOT Cottonwood Canyons released footage capturing the intensity of an avalanche, prompting temporary road closures and subsequent updates for commuters:
Following avalanche mitigation efforts and road operations, State Route 210 (SR210) has been reopened for traffic. However, motorists traveling to Snowbird and Alta are advised to anticipate delays as traction devices are now required for safe passage.
