Rare Abyssinian breed car rubs face against woman to seek attention
A rare Abyssinian breed cat rubbed its face against its owner's body to seek attention.
Footage shows the feline looking at the woman as it brushed its fur and pouted at the woman in Tianjin province, China, on February 23.
Abyssinian cats originated from a few cats brought to Europe from coastal areas of the Indian Ocean in the late 19th century, so their gene pool started quite small.
Their numbers declined significantly in Europe after the two World Wars due to interrupted breeding programs.
