In response to ongoing rocket launches towards Israeli territory, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have carried out a series of strikes on terrorist infrastructure in the Gaza Strip. The recent attacks come after launches were directed toward communities near the Gaza Strip.

Aerial and artillery strikes targeted terrorist infrastructure in the northern Gaza Strip, with additional operations taking place in the area of Khan Yunis. IDF troops worked in coordination with the Israeli Air Force (IAF) to locate and eliminate terrorists, as well as destroy hiding places for Hamas operatives.

Several terrorists were neutralized by tank and sniper fire, including a group of armed individuals attempting to load explosive materials onto a vehicle. The IDF responded swiftly, striking the cell before they could carry out their plan. Additionally, terrorists planting explosive devices were also targeted and eliminated.

In the central Gaza Strip, approximately 10 terrorists were killed by IDF troops in various incidents. One such encounter saw soldiers identifying a terrorist cell in close proximity, prompting a swift and effective response that neutralized the threat. In another incident, a terrorist cell was engaged in close-quarters combat and eliminated.
