A blaze engulfed a facility in the industrial area of Saonara (PD) on Friday, March 22, 2024, prompting a swift response from 35 firefighters. The fire broke out at 10:00 AM in a warehouse housing a mechanical workshop and a company specializing in trade fair setups. Fortunately, no individuals were harmed in the incident.

Firefighters from Verona, Rovigo, Vicenza, and Treviso were dispatched to reinforce the local firefighting teams. The 1,200-square-meter building suffered partial roof collapse due to the intensity of the fire. Efforts to extinguish the flames are currently underway, with firefighters diligently working to contain the situation.
