"We are here in the northwestern suburb of Moscow. A shooting event took place here Friday night, in the Crocus City Hall behind me, at the concert venue.
Heavy casualties have been caused by a shooting incident and a subsequent fire in Moscow on Friday.
The terrorist attack occurred before a concert at the Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk, a suburb of Moscow.
The fire affected an area of about 13,000 square meters.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said Saturday all four gunmen in the Moscow terrorist attack were arrested.
Putin said that all those responsible for the deadly attack would be punished.
He also ordered that Sunday will be a nationwide day of mourning.
