A girl was delighted when she won Apple AirPods from a claw grabber arcade machine.

Joanna Marie Liwag passed by the candy store pop-up booth at a shopping mall and tried her luck in one of the machines in Manila, the Philippines, on November 17.

Footage shows Joanna Marie working the joystick and controls of the claw grabber with excited passing schoolgirls helping her.

While the youngsters cheered her on, she said: ‘Please tell me where to target.'

She took the ball from the hatch and opened it before pulling the paper that contained her prize.

The girls cheered and screamed when they confirmed Joanna won the Apple accessory.

She said: 'Aside from winning the new Apple AirPods, the experience and laughter I shared with the young girls was really one for the books.

'I was just on my home from work then I saw the booth where we tried the claw grabber machine. I was so happy when we won! I shared some of the chocolates with them.'
