Units responded to a mock DUI scene as part of the yearly Prom set up at Southern Columbia Area High school.

Firefighters from Elysburg Fire Department, Catawissa Fire Company, Valley Chemical Fire Company , Elysburg Fire Department Emergency Medical Services, Locust Township Police Department along with Life Flight 5 out of Minersville worked the scene as if it was a real call.
Police arrived first followed by EMS who began to assess the scene and patients. Police began checking on the victims and then administering a DUI test to the driver of the vehicles. EMS began to triage the victims in the accident as fire arrived on scene. Fire began to extract victims of varying injury.
After the demonstration the students checked out the helicopter and got to talk with responders about what they do.
