We’re stuck in traffic, and the cars on other side of the road are not moving, the driver gets out his car and goes across the road to the petrol to do shopping and then traffic starts moving but he’s still in the shop, and then comes back with his shopping and drives off not realising he’s blocked in the emergency ambulance with blue lights on
