Cancer survivor with amputated leg climbs cave
A cancer survivor with an amputated leg overcame his limitations and achieved an ambition - climbing the walls of a notoriously slippy cave.
Migz Ortilla, 37, was diagnosed with the deadly disease when he was only 11-years-old in the Philippines.
His right hip had to be cut off to prevent the cancer from spreading, and he was only given by medics six months to live.
But Migz survived with continuous treatment and support from family. Now, he goes on caving adventures with his wife Camille.
Footage shows the inspiring husband Migz pulling himself upwards the rock formation despite missing a limb.
Camille said: 'My husband, who is a cancer survivor with an amputated leg, takes on the challenging trails of Sumaguing Cave and Marlboro Hills in Sagada.
'Despite the steep and muddy paths and the physically demanding nature of these tourist attractions, including the famous Hanging Coffins, Migz's confidence and positive disposition shine through as he conquers each obstacle.
'His journey is a powerful testament to resilience and determination.'
