Nearly Killed By Minicab Pullout
I was wearing a bright orange Altura Night Vision jacket, had bright LEDs and was riding reasonably central. And yet this minicab decides not to see me and pulls out forcing me to take evasive action as I could not brake in time as was doing over 20mph.
The driver seemed rather startled also as rather than argue, he holds back to avoid conflict.
