Need help identifying hit and run driver (please help share):

Hit & Run Incident (5/21/16 2:32PM)
I was involved in a hit & run incident today and am looking for any information or leads that will help identify the driver.
Here is the information that I currently have.
Incident Location:
Nest Tea House Parking Lot
556 E Las Tunas Dr, # 108
Arcadia, CA
Next to Big Lots on Las Tunas & Baldwin
Car Make:
Mercedes Benz
Car Model:
Class E320 or E500 (2003-2005)
w/ moonroof
Car Color:
Silver
License Plate (Based on what another customer saw)
California Plate Beginning with 5K
Driver during incident:
Asian Woman
Possible Marks:
Slight or minor damage on the passenger side of the front bumper.
Base paint should be white so possible white scratches.
If anyone is able to see a vehicle that matches or is close to matching the above criteria, please assist me in obtaining the full license plate number and a picture of the damage on the front bumper if possible. Any help or leads is greatly appreciated.
