A bizarre video has emerged of a man putting two vampire bats in his mouth.

The footage, shot earlier this year in Jacunda, Brazil, shows activist Arteval Duarte holding two vampire bats in his mouth before he lets them fly away.

Common vampire bats are known to feed on the blood of livestock.

Arteval often films himself putting bizarre creatures in his mouth to raise awareness about issues like deforestation.
