This is the heart warming moment a romantic marathon runner stopped ten yards short of the finish line - to PROPOSE to his girlfriend. Cem Kucukdevlet (corr), 28, was seconds away from completing the race when he surprised partner Rea Siddon, 25, who was watching with friends and family. The magical moment was captured on camera by friends and family who were moved to tears. In the footage, Cem - who is wearing a fluorescent yellow jacket - can be seen jogging towards the barriers at the side of the road. He gives Rea a peck on the cheek before surprising his girlfriend-of-four-years by getting down on one knee and asking her to marry him. Family and friends can be heard cheering as the couple hug and kiss before Cem runs off to finish the race.
