++CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE: THIS VIDEO HAS BEEN LOOPED++ Footage has emerged from Devon, UK, of a fire breaking out in a building near Exeter cathedral.

The video, shot on Friday, shows a huge plume of black smoke rising up in the air.

According to local reports, the fire is believed to have started at an art gallery which faces Exeter Cathedral, but has now spread to the nearby Royal Clarence Hotel.

About 110 firefighters, police and paramedics have been extinguishing the blaze, which began at about 05:20 BST.
