Stupid Driver - Near Miss Accident!
So I was driving northbound on the A1 in the Leeming Bar Roadworks when we were approaching the Scotch Corner Contra-Flow!It had been advertised for 800 yards at 200 yard invervals until the point the lanes split.The driver in front clearly wasn't paying enough attention to this and basically comes to a standstill in Lane 1 causing me to swerve through the tight gap to avoid a collision!It looks easy to spot in the video but when I was driving I did not anticipate this manouvere and was expecting him to just slow down for the narrow lanes.Note, I ran over the feet of a few cones attempting to get out the way, as well as muting my radio and indicating right by accident.
