Newsflare Content Agreement
We would like to distribute your content on your behalf. This agreement gives Newsflare and its partners permission to broadcast or republish your content. This means they can use your content in whole or in part in TV packages, in online players and/or on other media channels, including social media. Newsflare works with some of the biggest publishers and other partners in the world such as AP, NBC, CNN, ITN, Mail Online, MSN, and many more. By accepting this agreement and in consideration of our distributing your content, you are agreeing to the following:
Newsflare content agreement: Non-Exclusive
This confirms your agreement for us to distribute your video on your behalf. You will retain ownership of your video and Newsflare will share 50 percent of any revenue generated from the licensing of your video with you. We work with hundreds of worldwide partners and publishers such as BBC, NBC, CNN, MSN, Associated Press, MailOnline etc and so your video may be used by them and others in whole or in part on TV shows, online websites and other media channels, including social media. We understand that you may want to grant other companies access to your video and so you're granting us non-exclusive licensing rights to your video. This means that, if you wish, you can grant other individual companies non-exclusive access to your video or simply direct any future requests from companies to licensing@newsflare.com and we’ll arrange the licensing and payment for your video for you. Once we receive your confirmation, we’ll upload your video onto Newsflare.com and it will immediately be available for publishers to licence. By replying:- You confirm you are the owner of the video and it doesn’t belong to someone else (i.e. your employer under contract) and you haven’t already given exclusive use of your video to another company.
- You grant Newsflare non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable licence use of your video in accordance with the standard member Newsflare terms and conditions (unless different here), including use of your personal data: newsflare.com/about/terms
- You agree, so that we can make payments to you via PayPal, to email us at newsdesk@newsflare.com if we don't already have your email address.
Newsflare finds great videos and gets permission from owners to use them in various media, including broadcast media and online.
