A cute video has emerged of two kittens befriending horses.

The footage, shot in Alberta, Canada on Thursday, shows Donald and Justin the 20-weeks-old kittens playing with horses at a horse breeding farm.

"Justin is the black long haired kitten, named after out Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau. They both have long silky hair," the filmer wrote online.

"Donald is named after the President Elect, Donald Trump. Like his namesake they share wirey orange hair."

"At first they were quite wary of the horses [...] however their constant desire to play in the haynets has made them pretty confident," he added.

Donald and Justin are two brothers from the same litter. They are about 20 weeks old and bundles of energy.

At first they were quite warry of the horses at our busy breeding farm. However their constant desire to play in the haynets has made them pretty confident.

Darla is an 8month old Oldenburg filly (Dannebrog x EH Herzzauber) who has been on stall rest for the past month. She injured her leg outside so her and her mama have been vacationing inside from the harsh winter. This can cause terrible bordeom problems but a swinging hay net and some kittens seem to be working well for the cabin fever.

Every night the hay net is hung Donald and Justin swarm the hay net for some epic battles.
