Motorbike Accident, November 2014

I was riding a Honda PCX, 19mph on a 20mph road passed a school, and slowing down to turn right, the car coming down was also making a right turn, as you know, you pass behind each other, also the fact that the side street I was heading in to was a bit further up than the one on my left that he was going in to.... anyway, as you can see, I wasn't even ready to turn my bike, yet he came down the hill and turned as if I wasn't even there, his excuse was that 'I didn't see you', which is quite worrying as there was a school right next to us with children and parents still coming out, so heaven forbid a child or anyone else was crossing that side road, if he didn't see me with bright LED lights and white helmet and flashing orange indicator, then he wouldn't of seen a small child! after I was hit, the passenger got out of the car and ran off, he later came back with spray and was spraying the car, all the driver was worried about was heading to the nearby shop to get a drink :-/ the guy in the Ambulance then said he smelt weed in the car, which makes perfect sense on why the passenger ran off and came back with spray, and the driver constantly wanting 'a drink', after a year of forms etc etc, my PCX was a write-off so I had money for the scrap of that, also money towards a new bike, and then injury money also due to a lot of bruises and soft tissue damage to my shin where the bumper hit me, I still have no feeling in my shin years later.
