Beeping, punishment pass and threats from WVM: All Tree Services

This guy is probably the closest that anyone has ever passed me. The rear camera shows that he deliberately swerves very close to my rear wheel as he is approaching. This is after he has beeped at me.On this bit of road there is a left lane that turns left. I am going straight on so I want the middle lane.I always wait behind traffic at this junction so as not to piss drivers off. Any drivers I go in front of only have to pass me.After telling me to move over he shouts a few other things which I can't hear but what I did clearly hear him say was "I'll knock you right off"It seems that the van is owned by http://alltreeservicessouthwestlondon.co.uk.For all the haters who say "why aren't you using the cycle lane":That cycle lane is in a terrible condition and very unpleasant to ride on.Pretty much every time I use that cycle lane I get a puncture as there is so much debris from trees and other rubbish.Rubbish regularly gets dumped and left there. There was a Christmas tree there for about 4 months once.Usually there are pedestrians wondering around in the cycle lane.I have to give way to side roads in the cycle lane. The cycle lane doesn't go all the way, I have to exit it and merge with 40 MPH traffic. Better to be part of the traffic and not merge from stationary into a 40 MPH stream.
